Nicole Gordon, Project Manager

Nicole Gordon began as a consultant with Blue Orbit in 2015 while working on the JP Atlanta project. She has over 21 years of hospitality operations and management experience in corporate and independent sectors.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, Nicole started working at Steak & Ale, the grandfather of many of today’s successful restaurant concepts. Her love for the industry began there and never left as she continues to grow and flourish hospitality. Her 22 year career includes operations and general management roles at Applebee’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Pappadeaux, The Vortex Bar & Grill, O’Charley’s and Legal Seafoods. Nicole specializes in operations organization, training & development and structured solutions.
