Matt Hamilton, Project Manager

Matt brings decades of service and culinary leadership from companies like Village Tavern, Blue Star Resorts, ESPN Zone, Houston’s Restaurants, Rub BBQ Restaurants and J. Alexander’s Restaurants, holding positions as Director of Operations, Chef, and General Manager. Having graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Management and Organization, Matt brings his vast operating experience and analytical talents to every project. Just for kicks, Matt recently created and launched his own barbecue concept, Porkopolis which now has three units in Arizona and Indiana. Matt resides in Phoenix, Arizona where were he is positioned to care for our Southwest and West Coast clients. A lotta miles on that chassis but he knows what he’s doing.
