Hoyt Williams, Bakery/Pastry Expert

Chef Hoyt Williams has dedicated his career to the art and science of bread and pastry since graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta’s Culinary Arts program. As the long-time Head Baker for eatZi’s Market & Bakery and Alon’s Bakery & Market, Hoyt honed his craft and continues producing some of the best breads and pastries in Atlanta. In 2005 Hoyt ventured out on his own to create one of Roswell, GA’s favorite sandwich shops and bakeries – Artisan Breads.

Top restaurants in the Southeast have relied on Hoyt for their bakery needs, and for good reason – he is one of the most talented and knowledgeable bakers in the Southeast. Hoyt continues to teach owners and operators around the country how to bake with passion and can introduce scratch baking to your operation even if you think you can’t do it.

If you ask Hoyt what his secret is for baking great bread, he’ll tell you, “it’s all about being hands-on”, and if you are lucky enough to work with him, he’ll show you.
