Nicole Gordon began as a consultant with Blue Orbit in 2015 while working on the JP Atlanta project. She has over 21 years of hospitality operations and management experience in corporate and independent sectors.
While pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, Nicole started working at Steak & Ale, the grandfather of many restaurant concepts. Her love for the industry began there and never left as she continued to grow and flourish in this industry. She has worked at such concepts as Applebee’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Pappadeaux, The Vortex Bar & Grill, O’Charley’s and Legal Seafoods. Nicole thrives on challenges, tight deadlines and the thrill of pressure and yet she never cracks. Nicole is the one you want on your team to establish and execute control of a new opening or to take the reigns of an ailing concept to stabilize operations. Nicole’s strength lies in implementing and training operating systems that are proven and effective.
Nicole lives in Dallas, Texas and is ready to mobilize wherever she is needed.
